Unauthorized charges

I had been online buying temporary mortgage and got refused and then point I understand 30.00 was removed my banking account which triggered my consideration togo negitive and lender billed me 38.50 charge. Today viewing i needed a loan i didnt have cash for somebody i dont actually understand to remove it or did i approve it

I requested financing, however they refused to provide it in my experience and withdraw $30. I never permitted them to complete it! Beware!
