I was charged $17.93 that I not authorized and did not sign for any services, I was trying to get a shor term loan, but in order to do that they requested my bank account, I did not get a loan but I did get charged twice.
I am requesting hoping that my bank would be able to reverse the charges, this charges caused my account to get overdrawn, twice, I live in a limited income right now the bank charges $33.00 dollars for each transaction of none sufficient funds, I hope you are able to provide some assistance.
