I approached Capital One after seing they published I had been thirty days late on my credit history. Within the month of July I created 3 big funds on my consideration the latter of these oneday before my regular record period change day. I had been ignorant I'd compensated oneday "early". I inquired when they might eliminate this from my credit history plus they declined requiring I had been overdue when it had been apparent I'd truly compensated one-day early. I've been a person for 12 years and not been overdue before. And that I wasn't late today This Really Is horrible customer support and is like client abuse.
