I had been charged with 4 sequential overdue obligations that will be not appropriate. I created a cost 6/18 for my September Declaration. Then I created a cost September 8 for my July statement, that was not put on July but rather put on the September Declaration. From that month on they evaluated a late charge for each month. I talked to customer support and required a change of all of the late charges since I'd been spending promptly and sometimes even early. The organization improperly utilized the September cost to September, but I had been informed the organization plan was to just provide one late fee waiver. I published a notice to Presidential Communication, PO Box 981438, El Paso Texas 79998 and am awaiting an answer. I expected to get a change of the late fees. The organization didn't utilize my September 8 cost towards the proper month and today it thinks I've been spending late, when the truth is I've been spending early.
