This company was suppose to get me a loan modification on my current mortgage with Bank of America. They charged me $1,000.00 to do a forensic audit on the mortgage and then they charged me $1100.00 to do the loan modification. This was suppose to come with a money back guarantee. If they did not get me the modification, I was suppose to get a refund of my money.
This happened in February. To this date I have not gotten a loan modification nor have I received my money back. Bank of America had written me a letter informing me that I did not qualify for the modification and I contacted Josegan, Inc. And told them.
They were suppose to do something else to try and get it done, but I can not get in touch with them and they have not returned any of my calls. All of the phone numbers I had for the company have all been disconnected.
I suppose the company has gone out of business, as I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in Florida and also with the
Attorney General's Office, Pam Bondi, in Florida. I received a letter from Pam Bondi in response to my complaint, but she has not done anything as for as getting me my money back. Maybe she is the reason the company has taken their number out of commission.
I just want my money back and this company to pay for scamming senior citizens out of their hard earned money.
