I hired Integrity Mortgage and Credit Solutions aka/First Financial Group on May 27 to deal with my lender for my Loan Modification. The company had a guarantee that if they failed to complete the Loan Modification that they would give your money back. After not hearing back from the woman handling my loan modification, i had emailed her with no response. Then went to the companies website in which it stated that based on new regulations they werent accepting any new business. On October 11, I finally received an email from the lady handling my loan modification, that the company has closed its doors and that she had not been paid for over 6 weeks. And basically she had no idea how we would be able to get our money back and good luck with your loan modification. After thinking my Loan Modification should be almost completed, now I am starting over, have lost over $1800 and now, may have lost my house as this is gone on. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General for Florida, but any additional or helpful information would be appreciated.
