Day 1
Called them and asked why the account was locked and no notification spent 2 hours dealing with a person who hardly spoke ENGLISH.
Couldn't get what i wanted sent to me in a timely manner so was assured everything was okay
Day 2
Two charges from paypal (which NEVER was supposed to go threw never claimed it and paypal never got money.) They wanted to fight me over it went to through 3 supervisors and finally got my money returned to me after spending 20 mins with the nicest paypal person. Got my money returned but NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE
