Here is how it all started. I sent for something that cost $4.95, but the person canceled my order. Then PayPal tried two more times to take the money out of my bank account, and they put me on a $60.00 hold. Now PayPal says it does not have to pay my bank back because it was not their problem. But it was their problem, because the person kept hitting cancel and PayPal kept trying to take money out of my account.
I keep getting the runaround from PayPal. They say they will pay me back, then they called my bank and said they are not paying because they are not the ones who did it. They are trying to say my bank did it. But I sent the paperwork to PayPal so they could see it too, and on my bank statement it says PayPal. They tried to take money out of my account without me knowing anything about it.
