I brought FRS/GMRS 22-Channel Radio from Fry's electronics in Palo Alto, CA during Thanksgiving sale and applied for mail-in rebate with all the documents asked by them.
Even after 6 months no rebates are received by me.
I have been calling them on their 800 number and leaving voicemails, sent 4-6 emails but no response from them. Now, when I called them today they are telling that they are not sending out rebates for Fry's customers since they need to settle some payments with Fry's.
Why are the customers being inflicted this pain and consuming lots of their valuable time? I would like to report this to BBB and FTC.
