I bought 1 FRS-22SPR2 from fry's electronics in August submitted the rebate form for $25 immediately. On Dec 31, I called 800-889-7434 and was told that they did not have my rebate form on file. They said they could take my fax copy and send check out that afternoon. I faxed and confirmed that they received it and would send check out. Nothing happened.
I called around mid January and was told that the check was delayed due to year-end computer problem, but promised that it should go out in another 2 weeks. Nothing so far.
I also contacted the Columbia Telecommunications website and sent email to [email protected]. Nothing happened, not a reply, not a single word.
I also complained in Fry's electronics's website and left my phone number for contact. Fry's electronics has not contacted me at all.
This is disgusting. I will never buy anything from Columbia Telecommunications any more, won't trust Fry's electronics either regarding rebates.
