Nco will call with a recorded phone call 3 to 4 times per day, using valuable minutes on my cell phone, when an representative robot finally gets on the phone, they have the wrong information, they blame it on the computer but yet they say"which credit card would you like to use to take care of this today" these calls are at all hours of the day up until 9 o'clock at night, I assume these people are paid by commission, this is the reason for the harassment, these people should put themselves on the receiving end of the phone, they would feel the same way, this is uncalled for and they should reprogram their robots to remember that these are real human beings that they are harassing, not just numbers.
