After submitting a claim for damages to my tooth at the restaurant (The Italian Oven), I have been giving the run around by the case worker. Even know she had admitted they have had problems in the past with this supplier, and was on notice for such. It has been nine months and I am no closer to getting this issue resolved then when I started.
