I have been receiving numerous harassing telephone calls from this Company and although I informed them that they had the wrong number (Which I recorded) - They continue calling using a computer and pre-recorded messages telling me to call them back. I will be posting the recorded message soon. I have filed a report with the FTC regarding the harassing phone calls as it is against the law to harass in any type of debt collection - But dam, they're calling the wrong number and despite having informed them of that they are calling the wrong number, they continue calling...
Talk about a violation of the law. I have noticed numerous other complaints about this company on the internet. I think it is time that someone speak to an attorney about this and taking legal action including a class action law suit.
According to the letter of the law, DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES [Fair Debt Collection Practices Act] - Harassing phone calls are illegal, especially when they continue calling the wrong number!
