On Nov 14 I received an email about the opportunity to raise my credit score with unsecured visa card.
After paying the $69.00, the flex card program said that the deposit would be refunded after three on time of monthly payment. Since Christmas was approaching I decided that I would pay the deposit. Shortly after my payment was process I received an email that stated I should receive my card with in 10 to 14 business days.
On the 14th day that I did not receive the card I email them and they said I should receive it by no later than Wednesday on the next week. It is now a month later and I have not received the card. After several attempts to call and email that is when I started to do some research. I realized this is a scam.
They have a F rating from the BBB. On their voice mail it states if you are not happy with their service they would refund your money. I have never received a call back or even an email when I called and requested a refund. The kicker to this on their voice mail they stated they were upgrading their phone to provide good customer service.
I wished I read the other post before spent the $69.00 dollars because I would realize this is scam.
