Disputesuite.com known as "Dispute Suite" was started by a guy named Mike Citron. Unfortunately, the research I did made it clear to me that Disputesuite's products are largely illegal. The FTC has made it very clear what credit repair companies can do and how they can operate, and based on the letters they provide, and the contracts in their "business in a box, " it is very clear to be that they are operating illegally.
After learning this information and seeing what their product really was, I told them how I felt about the compliance issues and requested a refund... I don't want to be in handcuffs with them when the FTC drops the ball on them and their customers for knowingly and intentionally misleading the credit bureaus. There is lots of case law out there about it.
Caution anyone dealing with this company. I am filing a complaint with the FTC over this, citing the specifics of what I believe is illegal. Do your research on what is legal, and don't let them talk you into doing anything that is even "gray line".
