I was thinking this would be a good way to see my credit report, so I paid $39.75 with my credit card. The web site said I would tell them what I would like to dispute, but that wasn't the case.
The next thing I know they had already sent out disputes on everything on my report and had charged my credit card $39.75. I call and they removed the charge and removed the furture charges. They charge you alittle each mouth. All the disputes would have been $198.75.
They also don't tell you It will be 90 days before your report will up date on their site.
About 2 weeks later all three credit bureau sent me a letter that said a third party was tring to actcess my account and that they do not deal with third parties. If I had any disputes to order a report thru them and repair the reports myself.
After 90 days and the report was updated they did the same thing and disputed everything on the report and begain charging it to my credit card.
I call them and they said the way it works is, the report update and they send out a e-mail to let me know. I have 4 days to let them know what I would like to dispute. If you can't get on line or can't get to the site for any reason they go ahead and dispute everything. I didn't get a e-mail for them. I talked to clear credit and they ask me If $75.00 would cover for all the disputes. I agreed.
They had already charged me $39.75. They then charged me again for another $87.45. I call them back. They said we agreed to charge $75.00 more that what they had already charge me. They also told me that my account would be frozzen untill I called them to let them know what I would like to do next.
The next week the charges started again. I call again they said it was a mistake and would refund my money. The credit bureaus sent me letter again telling me about this third party again.
Clear Credit did not get any thing removed from my report, but did get paid $127.20. They tried to get $453.15 and would have if I didn't keep an eye on them.
