Dear Citibank,

I write-in regards towards the Citibank AAdvantage Debit Card Rewards Program. Like a faithful American Airlines client, this program had such powerful charm that I changed my main lender to Citibank in September. The substantial work, frustration, and price of changing banks was made ineffective from the sudden firing of this program in December. Why was the program marketed and accessible just 3 months before its firing?

All my current relationships with Citibank have now been started through my connection using the American Airlines AAdvantage system, and sadly, each encounter continues to be damaging. Our software for that Citibank AAdvantage Visa Signature needed a half dozen telephone calls and an attract Work of the Leader of Citi Cards before a clerical mistake on the component was fixed. Our software to get a bank account at Citibank delayed while I waited to trigger inspections I never obtained.

The sudden termination of the Citibank AAdvantage Debit Card Rewards Plan leaves me disappointed and without purpose to stay a Citibank client. At the start of the brand new year, I'll shut all my banking and credit balances with Citibank and go back to my prior lender, Wells Fargo, with whom I counted for a lot more than 10 years with exceptional fulfillment.
