I went to Cypress Car Wash to get my car cleaned. It was one of the first to go in out of my group of friends and didn't come out of the rinse cycle until everyone else's was done drying. When it was finally done, the guy waved me over, and I was about to drive off when I noticed my passenger side mirror was broken off! When I asked what had happened, they first said it was already like that, then they said that they tried to find me to tell me that it had happened.
Yeah, right! I was there the entire time! I asked them to pay for the mirror replacement, and they said that they couldn't because they didn't break it... It broke in the wash because it was old! My car is a 1995 and I'm the original owner! No accidents or previous incidents to cause the mirror to be weakened. Besides, if it was that weak... Why didn't it break off when I was driving down the road, or hitting speed bumps? They had to have knock it into a post or something to break it off, and they try and tell me that it was already broken, or that it broke because it was old? They didn't even offer to refund my money for the car wash!!
