Ripoff liars will not answer question hangs ups on you

I actually work for the FTC and when I received the letter, I knew off top it was fake. I deceided to contact the company to get direct answers. I called a couple times now to see how the people would act. The first time, the company was not identified and the person just stated there name, I told them I had some question about the company that I would like to ask, they had the nerve to say, they needed my personal info in order to give me info.

I called back and started asking question this time like, who is the bank the card is issued from, who is the credit provider like mastercard, visa and so on, and the young man i was talkin to said uhuhuh I am going to answer your questions and a second uhhh, and I asked what is the problem what is taking you so long, he said that he was never asked those paticular questions and never answered my questions. I actually clicked over like I was hanging up and I kept clicking over and he had stayed on the line. He never hung up, I had to hang up on him. The other times I would call they would answer but hang up and then make the line busy. Please everyone if you can file a complaint with the company with the FTC by calling 1877-FTCHELP, let's put a end to the mishap these people are causing. Please be careful and I thank everyone who reports and I thank the Lord for finding this website.
