Will not stop direct debit

I'm a senior, have now been unemployed for over annually and obtain just $725 monthly from Social Protection. Residing in Florida, that places me in the poverty-level. Fast-Track to Weight Loss have obtained many speech communications and emails from me and proceed to cost my bill $97.00 monthly. It has caused me great difficulty. I don't understand whom to get hold of, when I get no reaction. PLEASE guide and aid. They owe me the previous 3 months x $97.00
