Interest-Free Period Changed to One Year for Hearing Aids

I signed up for a Care Card Credit card. If I paid way over the minimum amount it was supposed to be paid off in 18 months interest free. Today Care Credit tells me I have to pay it off in a year from the date I charged my hearing aids. Help!
