A charge for 14.95 appeared on my credit card statement from MWI Home Works Plus.
Two calls to their 'customer service" number were answered in Houston TX by two different people, giving the same "customer service rep numbers".
They only describe their service as a "subscription service" but cannot tell what they provide or who authorized their charges.
When asked to reverse the charges, they consistently report that "their computer system is down" and we should "call back when it is up."
Called bank to complain and dispute charges. Seems this has happened to us before - just now caught it.
