I, also, found charges from MWI Homeworks Plus from February 3rd on my credit card and I have no idea how they would have even gotten my card number. When I called them to ask what this was they said that they had charged this on December 29th to my card and it would help me buy things to fix my home. My home is ok and paid for and does not need any repairs. How did they get my card number? They said that they had this on an informercial.
They have said they would cancel this and I will wait to see if they do so.

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish you file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.
