BOA put me in a trial program to reduce my monthly payments. After being the trial period, I accumulated late fees and back payments of $12,000, and then they denied me from being in the program. Now they are going to foreclose on my home, in less than 30 days. I feel helpless when dealing with them because every time you talk to them, you get a different person with a different answer.
