We used paypal's online payment service. One of our customers transfered funds and paypal blocked these funds saying 'more info needed'. We promptly provided the information they required.
It has been nearly 10 days they have not acknowledged any of our emails and they have been holding the funds without providing a valid reason to us. We are suffering LOSS OF REVENUE because of paypal's blocking of our funds.
This was payment sent for a Training Program that the delegate had signed up for. We have to make payments to the instructor from the funds that paypal is holding up and as a result everything has come to a grinding halt and we have already informed paypal of all this.
Apparently this is a regular feature at paypal. There are many other cases reported on the following site...
