I had a three year contract with Central Payment Corp. I could not terminate the contract without incurring a fee. When the contract expired I sent a letter of termination. I was informed my account automatically renewed because I had not sent the letter of termination during the 30 days PRIOR to the termination date. I was then again subject to and charged a termination fee.
I received no notification my contract was up for automatic renewal. I was told I should have read the small print on the 9 page contract.
I am appalled at Central Payment Corps method of business and would strongly recommend using any other credit card service but them.
