I fell behind in my mortgage last year due to an illness (cancer) and my husband couldn't work. I set up payment arrangements with them making 1 1/2 payments a month I have been doing that since August of I had 3 months to make up and made 6 extra payments and they are telling me I still am due for December of last year. They send me no statements, when I pull my account up on the internet it has a list of other payments (what is that?) they are charging me for homeowners insurance that I have never had with them and drive by appraisals also, they are lining their pockets with our hard earned money. Something needs to be done.
