My mortgage was purchased by Fairbanks Capital Corp.in August 1999, from Aames (another Fairbanks Company). Ever since then I have received two foreclosure notices, one I actually went to court on. Each year I have had force placed insurance put on my property. After I make my monthly payments they continue to call. I have had payments sent back to me. I have filed complaints over a year ago without any response.
I recently contacted another mortgage company to refinance, so that I could get away from them and they received the pay off. It was $6,000 more than the original loan amount. Where is my money going? I have requested a loan analysis so that I can see a breakdown of what has been going with my account over the last few years. So far I have gotten transferred to more voice mails than should be allowed.
I have considered suing them and believe that is my only option. We work too hard to buy our homes to have some one just take them from us.
