Unprofessional manner of collections ripoff

I have been called 3 times in the last 3 days about a past due account. I am currently unemployed and was told to call as soon as I have a source of income..

Was called back the following day and told that was not how it was going to work and that they were going to turn me over to another entity. Was called again the following morning and told once again that I needed to make a payment. And was then hung up on..

I recieved a letter from them on about the 15th of April saying that I had 30 days to contact them concerning the debt however they started calling me shortly there after..
I think this is harrasment and very unprofessional.
