Sent me a bill for $370 Ripoff

First they misspell my name

No name left of the person who wrote the letter

Don't know who this company is and when embarq said they billed me $65 they returned it back to them for refusal and then billed me $75
refused again
now I get a $370 bill?

Then their saying Sprint, their client asked them to contact me about the amt due and haven't dealt with sprint in like 10 yrs

Embarq sent me bills too that were outrageous when I signed up for a $45 mo unlimited long distance3 plan
