Encore financial stated that I would receive a credit card for $5000. Before encore was schedule to take my money out of my bank account. I contacted encore to cancelled their promotion. The sales repsentative said they have to take the money out of my bank account. Encore stole and took $169.95 from my bank account.
I contacted encore question them regarding the credit card encore said I would receive. Encore stated I needed to apply online. I told encore I wanted my money back they said i needed three denial letters, stating that i'm ineligible to receive a credit card, before, I can get my money back. Also they wanted me to sign a agreement that they can contact me at work and I will not file charges against them for false adveritsement.
In addition, after they promoted their offer to me the sales rep. Told me to say "ok" at the end of the conversation and their counterpart protel took an additional $59.95 from my bank account. Thereafter pharmacycards.com took $139.00 from my account. Without my authorization from my bank account. I believe encore gave them my bank account number to their counterparts and are inconjunction on stealing money from peoples bank accounts. Encore will try to play the customers stupied and say they have no knowledge of this information. However, if encore was a honest company and a customer requested for thier money back and decided not to use encore services, encore would reimburse the customer with no questions asked.
