Beginning in August I began receiving phone calls several times a day, from Encore Recievable Management, telling me that I owed $1600.00 on a charge account that I do not have. Although I have told them I do not have this account, nor do I owe them any money, they stated they would call me every day, until I pay them the $1600.00 for this account I don't have. I told them that I looked them up online, and found them on this site, which they stated was not true. I also told them to stop calling, as I am on the Do Not Call Registry. They again told me they would call every day, unless I mail them a "Cease and Desist" order filed in a local court! To me this company is just another scam!
