Hi,
For the past two days i had spent entire team to reach out these people and still it has not resolved.
My goal is to go to India using Sears credit card.
I cannot make them understand since calls goes to Phillipines and they all play during official time.
I had called multiple times escalated and we cannot get the manager or director to reach out to discuss. This is not the first time. They block and as well decline and does not approve to increase the credit also. I can keep writing more and more - It is really poor, time consuming and disturbs and gives lot of trouble to a customer.
