Rip-off 5,000 approved

This was sent in the mail with $43.00 fee for fast processing, and I thought was great for christmas. When I recieved a package there was no 800 number or any number at all in the material. When I came across this and called it said that the supposed account number was not in their file. What do I have to do to get my $43.00 back? Companies like this should be severely punished and have to do jail time. Sincerely,
