I do not have bad credit, i simply don't have credit, but could use a credit card for purchases. Capital Choice Consumer Credit says i'm pre-approved! My card is reserved. I read the paper, it sounded good. I was glad i would finally get a chance to prove i am worth a credit card. My credit would soon start building. Or so i thought. This is a fraud. I waited 4 weeks, nothing came. I looked on the computer (should have done this first) to find a phone number, and i find capital choice consumer credit under RIP-OFF!!! That's great, if i were going to throw away $43.00 i sure would have thrown it to someone who deserved it.
