I recently had a very bad experience with my Bank of America credit card. It seems that Directv charged me with late fees and when I decided to dispute the charges they refused to dispute the charges. If I have to pay these fees and you are there providing a service to me, it would seem only right that Bank of America would honor my request to dispute the charge. When the called Directv, everything that Directv said about the conditions under the so called contract was would of mouth. They never provided any proof that there even was a contract and therefore there should have be a dispute submitted to verify what Directv was saying. If there was any level of trust between myself and Bank of America, it no longer exists. How is it fair for someone to say they no longer want what you have, and then for you to say, "You still have to pay for it". Especially if the service that was provided no longer practical, or adequate. Directv's service works sometimes, but they have people pay whether it works or not. When a service, is no longer a fair exchange, at what point does the consumer have the right to say they no longer want it..
