On 9/4, I was having trouble with two of my TV's that would not come on. Our issue was sent to
Anthony's Television. Their solution in regards to what to complete was responded plus it worked. I've not a problem along with his solution.
What I didn't like was the issue was requested when the solution was worth $38.00. I believed it was unusual but sensed I'd no option. Our creditcardnumber was subsequently requested for also it was handed. (I never do that but did in this instance.) Then your next point I understood, I had been being requested when the solution was worth a to Anthony's Television. I decided to a $5.00 suggestion. These costs seemed on 9/6 in my own banking account. To my wonderful shock in researching my declaration today, there's $48.00 cost pending. What's happening? The $43.00 was for just one issue, nothing else. I'm ending up in my bank tomorrow to prevent anymore costs to my banking account. I don't understand if it's JustAnswer or Anthonyis Television who set this cost through-but this really is strickly dishonest and incredibly frustrating! Your response is required.
