Mortgage Modification Request - Mortgage

I am a 59 year old blank female, living in my home for over 13 years.
I am employed, my salary (*gross 2,940) has been reduced, net, $2380/month.

In January I was divorced. I have only one (1) household income now.
In August I hired the Law Offices of Matthew Wildermuth, 800-960-6044,630-967-6557, located at 1900 W. 75th Street, Woodridge, IL 60517, to help me modify my mortgage (1st & 2nd mort), and to keep my home from foreclosure. After attempting modification myself, unsuccessfully. My mortgage was originally with Countrywide (both 1st & 2nd mortgage). BOA took over my mortgage from Countrywide. I requested, thru my attorney, that my mortgage be modified using the President’s Federal Home Affordability Program (where BOA can: reduce principal, reduce interest, waive fees, waive arrearages, etc., in order to lower a borrower’s monthly payment down to 31% of their current income).
BOA did not render a decision on my modification until 11 (applied 08).
BOA ONLY REINSTATED MY MORTGAGE—demanded that I pay BOA $1,758.56 up front fee (I did); then pay a mortgage payment of $1,597.81 (prin/int%/tax/insur) effective 01/11. They put ALL ARREARGES/FEES, etc., in back of loan. My current loan balance (rate %5.5 is now over $200,000 with arrearages over $38,000. Boa did not modify my loan. I requested modification. I do not want to lose my home. MY Cook County Real Estate [30-07-325-023-0000] TAXES ARE OVER $5,000/year. My home was appraised in 12. Current value is $63,000 (see attached)
I DESPARATELY NEED HELP! If you need more information/documentation on this matter, feel free to contact me. *I can prove everything I am stating.
