This company has such poor financial controls that they have been unable to issue K-1 tax forms to investors for 2010. The reports, based on 2010 results have not been issued as of this date, making partners having to wait to file their individual tax returns.in addition they don't return calls or emails regarding this failure or to tell when reports will be available.
They have anounced that they will soon be changing their company name.
