Looks to me like Texas Securities Partners and Northstar Energy were working to decieve investors. I was directed to TSP by Northstar Energy to invest in thw Fire Cat wells, Wade, Bellinger and Williams wells. I was assured these were low risk wells and that Greg Rice and other rep's for TSP would over - state the returns back to investors. Northstar Energy, Larry M. Koonce Director and President had stated to me that TSP had a falling out between them after all these wells had either come up dry or failed for other reasons.
I personally believe he was using this to deflect away from the misrepresentations from Northstar Energy also. How many other investors were ripped off by these 2 companies. They were 0 for 10 wells during the time I was investing.
