Avoid this company. I paid 387 in june and have not received the injunction forms. I called them and they said forms were in post. I wrote to them complaining that forms had never arrived ask

I would never advise anyone to use injunction direct

I paid 387 to them in june for help with a nuisance neighbour.

I kept telephoning them asking for the injunction forms they kept saying that they were in the post; they never arrived.

I wrote to them complaining of this matter; they replied claiming i had cancelled the forms!

This i went balistic at them and told them this was not the case i had repeatedly asked for the forms!

They are now refusing to grant me a refund and i have now lost 387 and am in other problems because forms never arrived.

I am very angry that they are claiming i had cancelled the forms in order to get out of paying someone there money back; i think this company should be shut down and not allowed to trade for ripping off vulnerable customers.
