Hello. I have followed this website like reading the bible. I'd like to thank you all for your time and advice in dealing with OCWEN HELL.
I am involved with the class action suit in CT, and I thought it couldn't hurt if I involved as many people who would listen to me about OCWEN.
I have my own attorney through the Jaffe Law firm. He suggested writing to the Attorney General, and it was also suggested in several usacomplaints.com. I wrote to the New Mexico Attorney General, and she referred my letter to the appropriate supervisory agency:

They replied in a letter dated March 25:
This office answers questions and assists consumers in resolving complaints against national banks and complaints against credit card and mortgage company subsidiaries of national banks. A national bank is a bank that has the word, National or the latters, N.A.in its official name.
As your complaint is against an entity that does not fall under the jurisdiction of our office, we are referring your letter to the sppropiate supervisory agency, which is the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS).

I'm interested in seeing if any other OCWEN HELL customers are residing in New Mexico. Is anyone there???
I'm also trying to refinance my double-wide mobile home that is on a 34 acre lot, worth $110,000, with a lien from Ocwen that is $115,101. Good luck, right? My payment is $1500.00 a month, and I'm tired of working just to put money in Ocwen's pockets.
If this last company turns me down, I'm claiming bankruptcy just to escape this OCWEN HELL. They can come pick-up my overcharged home, and I can be free at last!!! It will be worth it!
