Washington Mutual intentionally arranged deposits and withdrawls to create overdraft situations. Their website gives you an inaccurate available balance in an attempt to bait you to overdraft. They withhold credit card charges and do not apply them until you are in an overdraft situation. Their FREE checking is really an attempt to get their $28.00 fee whenever they can and they will not claim any fault at all. They NEVER mess up!
