Interest Charged on a Zero Balance

I delivered a fee for the entire stability of the account as demonstrated about the online bill. The cost was acknowledged about the deadline 8/12 and confirmed the total amount following the cost to become zero. I understand the cost was obtained by Lender of America prior to the deadline 8/12, however Lender of America has billed two curiosity quantities for this consideration totaling 185.82 on 8/16. Just how can a lender cost attention on the stability of zero? I've evidence on my last declaration obtained from Lender of America.
