Capital One
Charged me (6) times over my credit limit with over limit fees and late payment charges that they created themselves. Now they want to garnish my wages

My initial credit limit was 300.00. I paid ontime every month. First they claimed the payments was late causing an over limit fee and late fee.

Every month the charges increased. Twice a year they billed me an annuall fee. Which again took me over the limit. I complained to them they promised to remove the charges and never did.

They have issued a judgement aganist me for close to 2000.00 and have threatened to garnish my wages
