Beware of Fraudulent Signing Services. I am an independently contracted Notary Public in the State of Missouri. I was hired by Mountain States Mortgage and National Signing Services, LLC in January and February. They owe me several hundred dollars and have been dodging me for months and months.
Holly Horsley originally said she received my invoices and payment would come shortly. After a few months she referred me to Liz Wayman Gualtier and Brandon C Knudson. I have emailed, called and faxed my invoices over 15 or more times and have heard no response. I then tried Mountain States Mortgage because they are who hired the signing service in the first place. Mountain States Mortgage and its employees have also ignored my attempts to receive payment.
I have been seriously taken advantage of and am at a loss of what to do next.
