Without laboring over details, I can just tell you my experience with this vile, evil, dishonest, unorganized, raqueteering, filthy, disreputable, ruthless, lying, theft ring masquerading as a mortgage company has been complete with pretty much everything everyone else has described.
Bogus insurance fees, purposely slow payment processing resulting in late fees because of thier sloth, night and day telephone harrassment that goes on and on... Take the time to talk to them and they just call back again in a short time, and they are extremely rude and agressive, and about every other thing mentioned in the over one thousand other reports on this company's predations.
These are not business people, they are organized crime. How can a company like this still be in business?
