I've a mortgage with Countrywide / Lender of America that I've had since March. Because this time around, I've been spending PMI and continuously seeking Lender of America to stop the PMI. I'd an evaluation finished on April 17, and both appraiser and myself submitted the evaluation to Lender of America on April 20. Because this very day, over $3,120 in PMI funds have now been gathered from me. I've experienced e-mail dialogue with Lender of America with this problem and obtained a voice-mail from Bruce Wood, at 877-776-5842 expansion 1511661 on July 28 at 11:25AM. Mr. Wood recommended he was considering the problem and certainly will possibly solve the problem or provide me a position update within 48 hours. On Tuesday August 2 at roughly 11am, I named and quit him a note seeking a position update. On Wednesday August 3, I quit another concept. I've yet to listen to back from anybody at Bank of America and contains been more than the 48 hours guaranteed. To pay for PMI for over six decades is just a total mockery of any equity to Lender of America's clients. The continuous rejection to get rid of PMI though I've settled $400 for an evaluation is just a clear neglect of any plan.
