This is regarding a 10 year old debt for lowes credit card and target credit card due i cant paid back

Due to economic hardships. Now 10 years later they get a judgment and freeze my only bank account with the little money I had to support my family of 3 with my wife unemployed. They doubled the said due amount and now I am unable to use the bank account.

I cannot even close it.
