I pay all my credit cards on time, so I was surprised when I was denied credit. I checked credit report and found Creidt Once Bank sent account on my name to collections. According them, I opened account in Novemer. I don't rememer having or using their card, so I asked them statements, because I've never received any statements from them. They refused to and told me to contact collection agency. Collection agency told me they don't have statements and I have to contact Credit One Bank. I called Credit One again, and they refused to send statements. I sent letter to both, Credit one and Collection agency requesting application and statements within 30 days. Collection agency sent me a letter that they would stop contacting me and reported this account as disputed. It's been over 1,5 months and I haven't heard from Credit Once Bank. What should I do next?
